The name Eden means a place of pristine or abundant natural beauty. My imagination runs wild when I think of the garden of Eden. Adam and Eve living in the most beautiful place that was ever on earth. They had the chance to walk daily with the Creator, the One that breathed breath into their lungs and carefully formed them into the beautiful bearers of His own image. Yet they chose to disobey. To listen to the lies of the serpent instead of the voice of Love. But I believe God still invites each and every one of us into a version of Eden. To walk daily with Him. It’s a conscious effort, but He is full of patience. I think if we pause long enough to listen, we can hear His invitation to step into Eden.” “My love for being in the kitchen started when I was quite young. Some of my earliest memories are of me and either my mom or my grandma in the kitchen. My grandma instilled in me a love of making bread. I remember when I was only about 3 or 4 being in the kitchen with her and being up to my elbows in the bread dough - making a complete and total mess on myself and the counter. That memory comes to me often and encapsulates my heart in being in the kitchen: to put love and joy in everything you make. I am a firm believer that when you’re enjoying your time in the kitchen and thinking more about the experience than following a recipe perfectly, your food tastes better. That’s my approach and I want to share that with as many people as I can. I also believe that the food we eat should not only taste amazing, but also help us to feel our best so that we can serve the Lord to the best of our ability. That is why I try to use only high quality ingredients. This consists of organic ingredients whenever possible and dietary friendly when needed. In my opinion, everyone should enjoy a delicious baked treat no matter dietary restrictions. My sincere hope and goal is that when you get a baked good from Eden, it brings a pocket of joy into your day

I am a firm believer that sweet treats are to be a part of life. But also believe they should be made with minimal and high quality ingredients. That is why I choose to bake with organic ingredients and don’t include anything that is not necessary.
